Overview

Eagle County commissioned Kenney & Associates to help determine an area on their existing fairgrounds site to relocate a barn that needed to be moved to allow for the extraction of the gravel beneath it. The project then grew into a total new master plan for the expansion of the Fairgrounds to include an Event Center, 50,200 SF Indoor Arena and Livestock Pavilions.
