Overview

The Ranch was a 63 million dollar project completed in September of 2003. Services included acting on the site selection committee, providing original design, site planning and presentation materials for passage of 2 bond issues, and processed documents for applicable permits, provided all construction administration through close-out, designed and provided construction documents for landscaping and hardscaping, coordinated selection of all finishes, and designed and provided construction documents for finish out of all core shell spaces.
